The Monday date your next gazette will be published on is shown in orange at the top of your family wall. You can publish your messages up until midnight on Sunday evening (French time), the eve of that publication date. Your gazette will then be printed and sent via the Post. Allow 4-10 days for your loved one to receive it, depending of the country on destination.

Famileo tip:
The account manager can change the gazette's delivery address at any time. Just log into your Famileo account from a computer, then go to the "Subscription management" tab.

What is your situation?
Your gazette's page layout always takes place on a Monday, it is then printed and sent out within 3 days with the fast tariff. So, your loved one should receive it through the post within 4 to 6 days in France. If after 10 days the gazette has not been received and the address entered at registration is correct, contact us and we will send it again.

Good news
The Famileo subscription includes delivery of your gazette to any country in the world, at the same price.
When you begin registering your loved one, you will be asked to specify the country of delivery after creating your profile. Around 150 countries are already listed. If you cannot find yours, please contact us so we can add it!

Famileo tip:
It is now possible to subscribe a couple, but unfortunately you can only enter one date of birth. In order for the two first names to appear, enter both names in the registration form.
E.g.: "Catherine and Gerald" in the first name section. That way the gazette will be addressed to them both.
