Please do not hesitate to consult the "Find out more" column located alongside the plans and prices on the home page. It provides answers to the questions asked most frequently by our editors! Of course, our team is always readily on hand for any questions you may have.
The Monday date your next gazette will be published on is shown in blue at the top of your family wall. You can publish your messages up until midnight on Sunday evening (French time), the eve of that publication date. Your gazette will then be printed and sent via the Post. Allow 4-10 days for your loved one to receive it, depending of the country on destination.
The account manager can change the gazette's delivery address at any time. Just log into your Famileo account from a computer, then go to the "Manage subscription" tab.
Your gazette is always formatted on a Monday, then printed and sent out within 3 days. Your relative is therefore supposed to receive it by mail within 5 to 6 days.
Before contacting us, be sure to check the delivery address and make sure it is correct and complete (zip code, address complement…)
What is your situation ?
*If the delivery address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so that we can have it sent back.
*If, after ten days, the gazette has not arrived despite the correct delivery address, contact us and we can have it sent back.
The Famileo subscription includes delivery of your gazette to any country in the world, at the same price.
When you begin registering your loved one, you will be asked to specify the country of delivery after creating your profile. Around 150 countries are already listed. If you cannot find yours, please contact us so we can add it!
A configuration is necessary from our team in order to unblock your account, please contact us!
It is now possible to take out a subscription for a couple! However, you will only be able to enter 1 date of birth. To ensure that both names are displayed, enter both first names when creating the gazette and/or personalise the name of your gazette by clicking on "Manage subscription", then "Recipient(s) & Gazettes".
For example: Enter "Arthur and Zelda" in the first name field – the postal address will be in both their names.
Enter "Grammy Zelda and Grandpa Arthur" in the gazette name field – the cover page will be personalised with both their nicknames.
