Top tip:
The date on which your next gazette is due to be published will be displayed at the top of your family wall, in blue. You have until the eve of the gazette's publication – i.e., Sunday at 11:59pm, Central European Time – to post your messages.

For recipients living at home, gazettes will be printed by Famileo and sent within 3 days via the usual postal service. Delivery may take up to 8 working days, depending on the country of destination.

For recipients residing in subscribed community homes, the community home will receive the finalised gazettes on Mondays, ready to be printed and distributed.

Famileo tip:
Please do not hesitate to consult the "Find out more" column located alongside the plans and prices on the home page. It provides answers to the questions asked most frequently by our editors! Of course, our team is always readily on hand for any questions you may have.

Famileo tip:
The account manager can change the gazette's delivery address at any time. Just log into your Famileo account from a computer, then go to the "Manage subscription" tab.

For recipients living at home, gazettes are finalised on Mondays, then printed by Famileo and sent within 3 days. They should therefore arrive within 4 to 10 working days.

Before getting in touch, please check that the delivery address is correct and complete (postcode, additional address details if necessary, etc.).

Our solutions:
*If the delivery address is incorrect, let us know as soon as possible and we will send a replacement.
*If the gazette still hasn't arrived within 10 days, and if the delivery address is correct, let us know and we will send a replacement.

Great news!
Your Famileo subscription includes delivery to anywhere in the world, all for the same price.
When signing up and creating a profile for your loved one(s), you will be required to enter a delivery address with a country of destination.
Approximately 150 countries are already listed. If yours is not listed, get in touch and we will make sure to add it for you!

A configuration is necessary from our team in order to unblock your account, please contact us!

With the "Take out a subscription for a couple" option, you can now send a single gazette to 2 people residing at the same address. Simply click on "A couple" when creating the profile for your loved ones. That way, you can add information for both recipients.

If you had already been using a single subscription to send gazettes to 2 people living together, you can now add a second profile by clicking on "Profile & Settings" below the name of the original recipient(s) under the menu on the left. You can then change the profile from "One person" to "A couple", and fill out any missing information.

Please note: the recipients will receive a single gazette, not one copy each. It is therefore important that they both reside at the same address.
If this is not the case, you will need to take out 2 separate subscriptions. However, you can very simply copy and share your messages across both gazettes.

Famileo guides you:
